Chopin

During quarantine, I decided to take on Chopin's Ballade No. 1, a 9-10 minute musical masterpiece that is extremely technically demanding. After lots of practice, I was able to get it to the level shown in the video.

Polonaise in A-flat major, Op. 53

Chopin

As a tribute to my parents who love this piece, I took on Chopin's Polonaise in A-flat major, one of the most celebrated pieces in Japan. Again, as another long-time favorite of the romantic piano repertoire, Polonaise requires exceptional piano skills and great virtuosity to be played with high proficiency.
